This is what stood out to me the most. I'm not going to pretend I'm an expert but I've never heard about doing morning workouts on an empty stomach being a good idea.:patrice:

actually a great way to burn fat, the idea being that your body will deplete fat for energy as you are doing it on empty stomach, obviously not intense cardio just steady above heart rate

BCAAs for muscle recovery and usually coffee prior for energy and to suppress appetite till your first meal

For someone who doesn't have to look a certain way and he changed what's stopping Kevin Owens. Mojo is also in the testimonials and he's right about dropping the weight once you've stopped playing football.

I'm considering setting aside some premade modest meals after reading this. Salmon, green beans and rice or something like that.

Alot of bodybuilders do fasted cardio, especially in the weeks before a competition.

Sounds about right. You don't really need to eat for cardio. I read all you need is fruit or a granola bar at most, preferably an apple.

when I was heavy in the carido game there were these gummies I'd buy that you take right before running that give you glycogen or whatever it was. My knees are fucced now though so I don't run anymore
