This is what stood out to me the most. I'm not going to pretend I'm an expert but I've never heard about doing morning workouts on an empty stomach being a good idea.![]()
actually a great way to burn fat, the idea being that your body will deplete fat for energy as you are doing it on empty stomach, obviously not intense cardio just steady above heart rate
BCAAs for muscle recovery and usually coffee prior for energy and to suppress appetite till your first meal
