This is what stood out to me the most. I'm not going to pretend I'm an expert but I've never heard about doing morning workouts on an empty stomach being a good idea.:patrice:
It's fine. I've done it for years. I usually have my last meal of the day at 8 p.m. and by the time I wake up (7 a.m.) I'm still not hungry so I just go on with my workout.

I felt and was in great shape when I employed some of the same principles in my own diet and training I can only imagine what a pro wrestler could do in that situation

Anyone can achieve the same physique. Its just that not many people are willing to be that consistent with it. If you watch his Snapchat he's literally going hard in the gym everyday

I lost 13 pounds in May. Made a thread about it on here. Imagine if I stayed on my deen for a year straight. People always wanna accuse overachievers of cheating

Morning cardio on an empty stomach is what I did for most of my HS/college tenure. When you're up at 5:55am and running by 6:15am, no point in eating anything. The only thing I would do was something like two spoons of yogurt or a bite of an apple and that's it. I always had a fear of having to take a dump when I'm on a long run:sadcam:, so that's the way I avoided that :pachaha:

Jinder's dead-on about Nutrition Solutions. I kept seeing it on Mysterio's Instagram, so I ordered about 56 meals a month or so ago.

I usually eat pretty clean anyway, but I'd been slacking a bit and noticed that I'd keep eating out for lunch. Wanted to re-discipline myself for beach season too, and cut a good 10-15 lbs fast. :ehh:

I actually read this. I believe him. I have no reason not to. It sounds like legit hard work and preparation...and I always believed, from day one, that preparation is the key to everything.

Doing cardio on a empty stomach is no big deal...i get in 3-4 miles every morning these days.
