I've been laughing for the past five minutes thinking about this. Comedy gold. :heh:

Matt's like that pathetic fat kid in high school who had no friends and kept trying to talk to you during lunch/sit next to you in class/got his ass beat but still carried your books for you, got his girl stolen (who was only with him because he bought her lunches with his allowance) but still simped and thought she was a "Great girl!" and his best friend was a "nice guy"...

Edge and Lita tandem was one of the things that hooked me again with his title win, but the Edge/Matt feud was really something I missed. First time I stayed on Raw for more than a few minutes in years was the HBK promo in Montreal. I didn't even really know about the backstory to Edge/Matt/Lita until around the time I joined TSC in 06

The fukkery I missed... :whew:

I've heard about HHH/Edge heat rumors, but I've never seen anything concrete there

HBK stood up for CM Punk according to Dave Lagana.

HBK put over Jeff 1-2-3 in the middle but he never worked with Matt

It may be deeper than we thought :ohhh:
