You should have said $55k - $60k. Is it base + commission?Job says salary range of $40k to $50k. After interview they asked what I would want after my 30 day training. Already told HR I need at least the middle. Not sure what to say

No idea what that means. HR lady just emailed me a questionnaire with 8 questions (pretty sure I got this in the bag) and salary question is included.
Figure out what's the production bonus based off of. Like how do they measure if you qualify for it. Ask for $55k
