Overfunded public school system, decriminalized weed (for you smokers), and a robust economy.
Just dont complain about the winters
College town with plenty of well paying jobs and well educated population. Great tax base to fund schools and such.
My wife is a product of Ann Arbor public schools, and her high school friends all tend to be well adjusted achievers.
There is also a very close knit non-elitist black community here.
This the place I wanna raise my kids.

It does feel kind of saddening that not much people who are as racially aware as I am exist in mine and the younger generation.
This new age is full of c00ns and those who ignore racism.
I think I may need to educate some of these younger dudes as to what's going on around them more
