Yea, I was thinking about that. I get a pay raise in January corresponding with my new responsibilities (just got promoted).

With my new position, I would work a few 12 hour days a weekWith that said, the only restriction, obviously, is don't work more than 6 consecutive days. My boss gave the ok on
60+ hour weeks if I can piece it together. 20+ hours of overtimebut till the OT kicks in, I would only make a few dollars more than minimum wageOT is where the serious bread comes from. The new place is talmbout 7-5 five days a week, but its customer service. And based on what I see, mostly white peopleObviously I have nothing against that especially if
the pay right, but I'm basically trying to convince myself to nix this easy money I could be getting

OT has had my checks looking lovely. I make more as an adjuster after eight months than I did at TSA after eight years. OT is drying up now though as more adjusters come out of transition. But call volume has been insane and service levels dip into the fukking single digits at times (service level is supposed to be 95%). I think they are trying to save OT for the heart of the winter. I'm going to eat off these snow storms.

honestly this relates to me at times. i feel like ive been a court jester to so many acquaintances, making extra effort to just be a decent person and help. yet. i cant get the same?
