I just made this account cause i wanted to tell people about my pop up shop cause i wanted to tell my coli brehs i finally started my own business...now that's ran it's course my time here is done...it all boils down to the same thing. Saw a house yesterday that was absolutely adorable, small, and move in ready. I'm supposed to be touring some other homes this weekend but I may just put an offer on this one. Kitchen needs some updating, but it's livable and I would probably want to add a half or 3/4 bath to the basement eventually. If I get it for the price I want, I could definitely have it paid off in 5 years, but not more than 7.

I'm really thinking of getting my real estate license just so I can tour homes myself. I hate scheduling and waiting for people.
