Got suspended for three days for a no call no show.

Quit giving me the keys unless youre gonna give me a raise or make me the Assistant Chief. I shouldn't have to be the only full time employee with more responsibilities and not getting anything for it.

They're keys to the store, trailers, and back doors. So I always give em to the opening manager. Point is dont make me the "assistant chief" without giving me an actual promotion. They did this to a fellow employee. He was next in line and applied for the position but they never hired anyone, and eventually made him hold the keys and be second in charge but no promotion.
