There is a stone platform nearby that i put over the jail and I just ascended through it.

Now that you can just make bikes and cars out of the blue it’s not even worth thinking about horses anymore. You can legit just make a motorcycle with two wheels and a steering wheel

finally maxed stamina. got the climbing outfit too. between this and the vehicles, I can go anywhere now
