I was thinking though wouldn't it be cool if BoTw had some shocking plot-twist? Like Ganondorf is Link's father or some shyt. Or just something crazy. Nintendo should take risk with the story.

The fact that someone sat down and compile that list is amazing and takes a great amount of dedication.
nikkas is hardcore wit it

ESRB Rating for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Content Descriptors: Fantasy Violence, Mild Suggestive Themes, Use of Alcohol

Rating Summary: This is an adventure game in which players assume the role of Link on a quest to stop a growing evil in the land of Hyrule. As players explore the open-world environment, they can forage for materials, explore shrines, and engage in melee-style combat against fantastical creatures (e.g., goblins, skeletons, centaurs). Players use swords, axes, clubs, and bows to defeat enemies that generally disappear amid puffs of smoke. One brief sequence depicts a battlefield strewn with the bodies of enemy creatures; in the background, a few bodies appear to be impaled by spears. The game contains some mildly suggestive material: fairies with moderate cleavage and/or exaggerated-size breasts; dialogue such as "I get to see a young hunk draw a bow again?" and "If I have to have something pounce on me, why couldn't it be a lady?" During the course of the game, a shop owner tells Link that she only serves "...drinks that are definitely just for adults..."; players can also encounter a drunken character that occasionally hiccups.

Already thinking about what I'll do first.

Out of the Resurrection Chamber
Meet old man get apples and axes
Sneak around Bokoblins, climb temple
Get Soldier Bow and the arrows downstairs
Shoot the bokoblins I snuck around
Roll boulder outside temple to kill those two
Shoot latern at skull fortress to blow up their base
collect the fire arrows from their chest
activate shrines, receive parasail from old man
beat all the shrines in the great plateau
after i get bombs ill go over to west side
and proceed on my way to the get the fire rod.
afterwards i'll explore the great plateau fully before leaving

Going to preorder the wii u version now.

Still haven't beaten Super Mario 3D World (up to the last world) and Tokyo Mirage Sessions. I got this self-imposed rule to not buy new games until I've beaten the games I already have. Trying to avoid a repeat of my PS3 collection (kept buying games for the sake of buying them and barely played half the games I owned)

Edit: Just bought it. Going to have it delivered to me on March 3rd.

Tokyo Mirage Sessions is a personal favorite game of last generation for me. It plays just like a Persona type game with Fire Emblem references.

Tried playing OOT on an emulator and it froze when I was in the Lost Woods.

Can't even get the HD texture packs to work either.

playing only old Zelda's ain't the best way to prepare for breath of the wild.

you might as well play the games whose gameplay elements are inspired from

for example, bayonetta to get used to fighting more than one enemy, that doesn't take turns, slomo snd switching z targets.

shadow of the colossus for it's climbing mechanic especially being able to fall and then catch back on the surface your climbing. you don't see this feature in many BotW gameplay vids but zeltik does it alot in his temple of time gameplay run. the only other game i seen that feature in is mgs2 and metal gear solid twin snakes
