Kuvira is the strongest imo. She has all her bases covered Zaheer was one man, and would have been defeated eventually anyway, even if he was pretty suicidal.
Amon was great, but his obsession with equality was his downfall and figuring him out was as simple as removing his mask and exposing him to the public
Unalaaq was pretty strong, but he wasn't strong on his own, it was only when he fused with vatuu that he was really strong.
Kuvira is a fukking mastermind AND a combat specialist. 1 v 1 she'll whoop MOST people's ass. And she has an entire army backing her up, an entire empire. Kuvira is the most complete villain since Azula Or Ozai imo. She's sharp, always keeps her composure, calculated, and accurate. And she has that inner vileness that all villains need.

Once that fight BROKE OUT I was like
"ITS ON NOWWWWWWWW" 
They designed it so well, and they were pretty evenly matched until Kuvira started whooping ass. Remember, Suyin and Lin are both master earth/metal benders. And even they fought to a near stalemate, So Kuvira is definitely powerful, and watching that shows how realistic it was that a rusty Korra got her ass beat so badly. SHe never stood a chance

Su vs Kuvira was sick. Is Su the first person we've seen to have Kuvira off balance? Almost got her with the box and almost threw her off the train.
Kuvira actually lookin alittle hesitant when she saw Toph. I hope we havent seen the last of Toph tho.

Nice!! I think she has done it before, but it reminded me of when Toph did it when she first invented metal bending (albeit Toph's was a little rougher around the edges). I thought it was a nice nod to that seeing as how Toph was in that episode
