Because it's spiderman. What's their classes? Arkham was already doing that spiderman shyt.
Depending on how this new horizon goes, Guerilla might pass them up.

Spider-man is better than the last 4 Arkham games
shyt I'd take Arkham Asylum over them in addition. Creepier atmosphere and put Bats on the map in the gaming community in a big way. The Scarecrow nightmare sequence with the body bags was insane.Not all of them

They need to let a beloved series that routinely scores in the mid to high 80’s go, for what reason? Ratchet and Clank is a fun ass game and there aren’t a lot of platformers shooters left like it. I’m way more of a R&C fan than I am a mario fan if we’re talking 3d platformers
Even going by MC thats an 85.5 average, if the next ratchet and clank or spiderman is a high 80’s or low 90’s thats a B+ average.

ND are talented developers but the dikk riding needs to stop, making Sony stans undervalue and put down the other first party studios now
Metacritic and user scores along with playing the game myself is what I go by but professional scores aren't everything they can take off full points for anything and like dikk riding for their favorite studios because they want a seat in a podcast or special access
Insomniac is definitely a top tier developer

Yeah, people are starting to get weird with metacritic scores. If things don’t score in the 90’s apparently they can’t be good games. Now 80 and below? Ok, we can have a discussion but anything 85+ is top tier, especially do it over a consistent basis of like 15 years

Spider-man fighting is more Devil May Cry-lite with the vertical aspect to the combat. The swinging traversal is vastly better than batman's traversal.

I just found a lot of stuff in Batman tedious and frustrating after a while. Let’s not even get into those annoying bat tank missions.
