missing those two big free throws

only thing i saw he did was admirable was grit it out with that bad back in game 6

Yo, this was actually the part that had me like "god damn... i forgot that nygga did that!"

Pacers took em to 7 games... but that shyt should've been done in 5 :dead:

Yooooo i was actually crackin up

Because all the highlights ever show is the part with Reggie pushing off on Mike, and so the shyt that led to it gets swept under the rug, and 22 years later it's like oh shyt i forgot Pip fukked up:ohhh:

nikkas acting like Pippen wouldn’t have been an elite two way player without Jordan now :scust:

Let me guess Rodman wouldn’t have been in the league if he didn’t play with MJ.

If you actually watched the beginning of Pippen's career back in 1987, its very he wouldn't have been. He used to come off the bench. He learned everything he got from Jordan. Jordan saw his athletic talent and took him under his wing. When you see the best player ever playing every game like its his last, that inspires you.

Don't get the hate for Pippen? He admits Jordan had to push him along to be better and motivate him to step up. If Pippen didn't step up Jordan doesn't get 6 like he did.
It’s how people overate his greatness. They put him in the same breath as MJ and them. Pip was great, but it’s over exaggerated. He was the GOAT #2

Pippen had a chance to make amends for what he did refusing to enter the game after Phil Jackson said the last shot was for Kukoc. He said in the Last Dance he doesn't regret it and won't take it back. Pip messed up saying that.

Other than that, the doc praised him a lot, particularly in the first 2 episodes.

He probably wouldn't have got anything close to his role without MJ around and he damn sure wouldn't have been as protected. Even when it was his show, it was his only because of what was already laid out for him.

If he gets shipped off to the Bucks early or something his career goes WAY left. I don't think anybody can argue that.

Scottie lucky that Kukoc hit that shot in 94 b/c they most likely lose in OT and end up getting swept losing the next game. He definitely woulda been traded after 94 and who knows how his career is looked at.

people begun to prop up what pippen was to make a case for lebron seeking help. in order to justify lebron teaming up with wade bosh kyrie love and davis they have to make pippen a all star caliber player that carried jordan at times. this is not the case. you would be hard pressed to find any playoff game were it was pippen taking over and jordan fell back. it happened maybe once or twice but this was common for players that played with lebron. those guys lebron played with would still be hall of famers if they never played with lebron. pippen im not so sure about that.

So people saying bulls had the best 2 players in the league, back in the day, was myth ?

Why play hypotheticals? Thats just inadvertently downplaying impact. Pip spent his best years as a Bull and was a big part of the three peats. That’s reality.
