"Bootsy!....Call him up....call him up:win:"

:pachaha:

I'm a drummer (and a bassist), and hearing James Brown scream "BOOTSY!" will make my eye twitch. He yells it during, like...the 23rd minute of "Super Bad". Clyde Stubblefield drum lines are truely an exercise in endurance and proficiency.

Just got back from it.

Chadwick did his thing the entire movie :obama: Way better than 42 IMO. The sequencing wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be from reading it's all over the place. My only complaint is they really didn't go too deep into his story, like there's not much I learned from the flick that I didn't know before seeing it. Good stuff though.

Decent movie. Homie did his thing though. I hope he keeps getting work and breaks through.

but why can't we get any big budget black bio pics about black people that aren't singers, sports stars, drug dealers, or slaves/servants?

Loved it.
:salute: @ Clyde Stubblefield and John Starks.
:wow: @ Chadwick Boseman's swag was off the charts playing

When I was in the theater and he asked that on screen, me and this other dude in the theater yelled "BOOTSY!!" in unison.
