The irony of all this is that Triple Haitch is actually a B+ player

dude main evented HOW MANY WMS??

first heel to leave wm with the title

obviously a better in ring worker than that half breed samoan, that redneck and CACtus jack

he's been champion like 2.5 times as many times as hogan and austin and the rock

he's responsible for the main event of wm xxx (he made BURR and he made orton)

HHHJericho was the main event over Hogan-Rock???!!? Do tell!

I swear the macho man/sting legacy overrating has got to stop. Sting only drew when matched against the right guy (flair late 80s/Hogan 97). And Savage was always overshadowed by Hogan/Warrior during the height of his drawing power

When you factor in drawing power/mainstream appeal & popularity/wrestling ability. This is the definitive list:
A+
Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, The Rock
(honorary A+ inductee: Brock Lesnar... cause who's gonna tell him he's not, bytch nikka?)

A
Ric Flair, The Undertaker, Bruno Sammartino, Andre The Giant

A-
John Cena, Goldberg, Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior, King Kurtis Angle, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, Sting

B+
Triple H, Edge, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Ricky Steamboat

Oh you didn't know? Yo ass better call somebody

Savage and Cena are in the A bracket. Especially Savage.

Savage outdrew the Warrior by the widest of margins. Comparing them is insanity. Warrior never drew anywhere near the level Savage drew. Savage is the second biggest draw of her era behind Hogan, Flair is the only one even close.

This disrespect towards Andre The Giant drives me crazy. Go back and do some research...Andre was a mega star just off of wrestling alone. He didn't need movies to make him famous, he could fill a stadiums just by being Andre.

Disrespect?

what you getting all worked up for bruh? Nobody is disrespecting him. I put him in the second tier of legends. He is NOT Hogan/Rock/Austin. He's just not. But how is an A player "disrespecting" him? He's one of the elite legends of all time.

I agree.. I love Macho but I cringe at dudes trying to argue him as anything above A-

He is not a second tier wrestling legend. He is not on Flair's level.

But I enjoy the discussion.. as long as we all agree Triple Haitch is B+ :lolbron:

Cold hard facts >>>>>>>>> your memory as a kid.

Warrior was pushed really hard when we were growing up so in your head he was a big draw. Reality his title reign was one of the biggest busts in WWE history.

:comeon: sorry but the numbers don't bear that out. they did drop when Warrior won the title, but all that means is he wasn't as big a draw as Hogan. That doesn't mean he wasn't a big draw though. They still did great business with Warrior on top.

There is no basis for even saying Savage is a bigger draw. He never had a prolonged run of any sort as "THE GUY" on top. Warrior was always the clear cut #2 behind Hogan when he was there.
