The irony of all this is that Triple Haitch is actually a B+ player

When you factor in drawing power/mainstream appeal & popularity/wrestling ability. This is the definitive list:
A+
Hulk Hogan, Steve Austin, The Rock
(honorary A+ inductee: Brock Lesnar... cause who's gonna tell him he's not, bytch nikka?)

A
Ric Flair, The Undertaker, Bruno Sammartino, Andre The Giant

A-
John Cena, Goldberg, Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior, King Kurtis Angle, Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart

B+
Sting, Triple H, Edge, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Ricky Steamboat

Oh you didn't know? Yo ass better call somebody
0CgQ0dI.png

That's the point of the whole storyline..Meltzer called him a B+ player in 2000 and 2002 and his little Conneticut feelings was hurt that he brought it back to try to bury cats in 2013-2014. Cripple H is nothing if not predictable and boring.

LOL@putting Macho Man under Flair and Undertaker...hahaha

Most of those guys in the A- department are non draws and have NEVER did anything close to what Sting did at Starrcade 97. Not even in their best dreams.

Drawing power. He made the difference for WCW to finally beat Vince

Nowhere near. Goldberg got beasted on by Austin and his run in 1998. He drew big gates, merchandise, and kept PPVs up but it ends there. He should be right next to Rock/Austin/Hogan but he fell off WAY too much by 1999.

It was Sting vs the NwO that kicked Austin/Bret/Taker/Michaels/Sid/DX asses for two straight years.

You're right about the Stinger. I was going back and forth on him. I'm moving him to A-

Pretty hard to take you seriously when you call Piper B+, Goldberg and John Cena, Shawn Michaels, and Bret Hart A-.

nikkas talking about Wrestlemania events. Triple Haitch is directly involved in two of the worst Wrestlemania main events in history. He's never been the main draw of any Wrestlemania event.

B+

Cripple H has never been the main draw of anything. His biggest moment was his return in NY in 2002 and the next Smackdown(any of you Network nyggas can check since you like to duck and hide when it's fact time), got beautiful WHAT chants during that promo. His face heat already was dying down by Royal Rumble..crowd was more into Stone Cold and Rock during the show. And he was completely an afterthought by the time it was the NwO vs Rock/Austin after No Way Out 2002 aftermath.

That's it. He has no other big moments in his career.

1997, he was a bytch for Shawn Micahels.
1998, he was the Rock's ho for his IC reign and for his WWF title reign. Had him losing I Quit matches and getting murdered on the mic like he didn't mean jack shyt.
1999, he was nothing until after WM 15 and got pushed to non reactions for months. He would rely on his promos revolving around Rock and Austin to get any type of reaction post Summerslam. lol. Was getting jobbed to Vince and Big Show
2000, had a 3 month title reign where Foley put him over but Vince helped him at Mania which made it about Rock vs Vince and the family. Rock and Austin took the shine off of his whole heel run by Backlash 2000...he was forced into the midcard post King of the Ring and was feuding with Benoit/Jericho/Angle. They tried to push the 3 way deal with him and Angle at Summerslam..crowd no sold it and only chanted for the Rock while being quiet for those two. ETHER 2000. Austin punked him for the rest of the year after the reveal.
2001, Austin did a cartoon job at NWO 2001 and he faced Taker..built up to lose again
2002, overshadowed by Rock, Austin, Austin's departure, Hogan, Lesnar's rise
2003, had a horrible run and held down Booker T, RVD, Kane, etc
2004, put over a guy they don't acknowledge ever existed..was feuding with Eugene by Summerslam:laugh:
2005, was pushed to the back for Cena and Batista...
2006, did a DX reunion tour that was hated and spat on by Survivor Series 06 as Philly chanted for CM Punk instead..was jealous Hogan outpopped him at Summerslam.
2007, he was MIA most of the year and buried Booker again
2008, had a horrible title reign that did no ratings and nobody wanted to see. Got shipped off to Smackdown because Cena wasn't going anywhere
2009, got PLEASE RETIRE chants and Goodbye chants after his title loss to Blandy at Backlash 09..lol
2010, faced Sheamus at Mania 26. Nuff said
2011-12, faced Taker is some forced rematches that was underneath the Rock/Cena hype..lost to Lesnar at Summerslam to YOU tapped out chants and X-Pac boos
2013, faced Lesnar and got no reaction whatsoever at Mania 29.

He's the DEFINITION of a B player...B+ is being kind.

But yet ironically enough - WCW didnt win in the ratings until Goldberg won the title :ohhh:

Goldbergs 98 run is legendary in terms of box office results. The fact that his DVD release was the second highest selling WWE DVD last year should tell you all you need to know about Gawdberg's legacy.

WCW was winning in the ratings LONG before Goldberg blew up. lol. I don't care what he's drawing today out of curiosity but when it was go time, fans chose Austin over him and by 1999 when Rock became a force post Backlash 99, it was a wrap for WCW and ECW both.

Goldberg's title win was the first time Nitro had won the ratings once the Attitude era started and WWE took over the ratings. In 98 Goldberg single handedly kept WCW afloat and was the biggest star in the world along with Austin.

Horrible booking fukked Goldberg and WCW. Same thing that happened to Sting throughout his career - but you defend him and not Goldberg?

And which one of those is wrong, friend? Should Piper be higher?

Piper is an A. He completely flipped the script on what a heel should be like and shyts on every modern heel on today's roster aside from Ambrose in terms of in-ring tenacity, promo skills and selling 'the fight', mannerisms. I don't think Wrestlemania would have been as big a hit if not for Piper selling the event like a pro. Hulk needed a worthy adversary and that person was Piper. Also, Piper "boxed" the most popular tv figure in the world in Wrestlemania II. Putting that as a B+ is...erroneous.

Triple H became the ring leader of one of the largest factions in wrestling: DX. It was originally Shawn's. But eventually Shawn went heel and joined the corporation. HHH took it to new heights afterwards and they were drawing in big, big money. HHH should be higher.

Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels should be higher.

John Cena should be higher since he's a draw.

Goldberg should be lower.
