uhhh, yes you did.

"all he ate was fast food when he got into losing weight" is inaccurate.

like i said, he was able to find things served at fast food restaurants that worked for his targets, but that's not all he ate.

and there's a huge difference between what the average person orders at a fast food restaurant and what someone like @MMSex who was an extremely busy student but who studied the macro breakdowns on a menu and utilized the a la carte section to fit their schedule orders. but you already know that, seems like you're just looking to create an argument here.

I did not misquote him. However you want look at it he was eating Fastfood in moderation which is what I have been referring to this whole thread and what I assume the OP to be based on.

:heh: yes, you did.

"all he ate was fastfood" is completely inaccurate.

he ate it when he was on the go and worked around it the rest of the day.

do you take pleasure in being anti for the sake of being anti?

Pretty sure he said he ate fastfood everyday. I could be totally wrong.

It doesn't change the point I'm making in this thread. No one should be neglecting of feel some type of way about their friends wanting to do shyt because they don't take working out as serious as you do.

The OP has probably made this se thread 10 times

Whatever point your trying to I don't think working Out qualifies.

You really don't work out with friends and a lot of people work on some basis or have before.

But yes, playing video games to smoking. I have friends that do these things and vice versa

Why yall worried about what everyone else think of your diet? Who cares...

Now...the only thing is being a snob during family events.....I got a friend who does crossfit and the whole 9 and has a great physique..........His family gets together once a month and have a big dinner....He'll turn down his Grandmother's fried catfish and okra, but will order a freaking flaxseed crust pizza with crossfit buddies right after the event is over....

If you think your diet is greater than fellowshipping with family and friends every blue moon, then you got life fukked up...

Matter of fact, if one so called "bad"(cheat meal) is gonna throw your whole body in a flux, then you aint doing something right in the first place.....

great post. i had no problem with the thread until a lot narcissistic and insecure snobs started getting carried away with disrespecting ppl. i lift weights and do mma so i'm far from flabby and sick, but i have no problems eating pizza, bbq, fried wings, pastry or drinking if i'm at a social event or at a get together with family or friends. ppl need to stop being so uptight, take a break and just enjoy life sometimes.

I work out by myself like most people. :dwillhuh:

I work out by myself most of the time too just because of schedule conflicts. But I'm not gonna sit here and act like working out w a friend is a foreign concept to continue the argument like you're doing. I'd much rather have my friend spotting me on a heavy set than some random. But I digress. You're right. I clearly don't have the energy to go back and forth w you. But I bet if al of a sudden one of your boys started calling your video games childish and your smoking unhealthy and dirt baggish you'd feel a certain way about spending time w them.

Why would a friend do that? It's more like The OP is doing that to his friends to making himself feel better

I'm not trying to advance an argument. Saying I workout a lone and it seems that most people do the same

Never said I haven't worked out with a friends it's just rare that I don't lift on my own

I took it as most post posters are younger so their peer group goes out to eat those items more than most adults :manny:

nah, you threw out the  face like working out w a friend is a foreign concept. a lot of people have friends who are also work out partners. it provides you w a consistent spotter, better motivation/helping to push each other through plateaus, constant form checks, a lot of other things you don't get working out solo. it's an activity just like video games and weed. you do that w friends, no? if those friends suddenly grew out of those activities and had no interest i doubt you'd be spending as much time together.

maybe...but personally, when i see comments describing other ppl like:

I sense flab and I sense sickness everywhere I go.

heh fatassness loves company

then i see the true intentions of the thread and the direction it was heading. the funny thing is, a lot of posters claim that they were made fun when they were overweight yet are now doing the same thing to others.

None of that stuff is a going to set you back if pure really on lifting and diet game.

Like @MMSex said all he ate was fastfood when he got into losing weight.
you can eat "fast food" but it needs to fit macros

if the food doesnt fit macros it doesnt fit at all. Theres a clear distinction, most food is not inherently bad cept for sweets and alcohol, but those things can be portioned in IF and ONLY IF you have the caloric space to budget it.
