Why yall worried about what everyone else think of your diet? Who cares...

Now...the only thing is being a snob during family events.....I got a friend who does crossfit and the whole 9 and has a great physique..........His family gets together once a month and have a big dinner....He'll turn down his Grandmother's fried catfish and okra, but will order a freaking flaxseed crust pizza with crossfit buddies right after the event is over....

If you think your diet is greater than fellowshipping with family and friends every blue moon, then you got life fukked up...

Matter of fact, if one so called "bad"(cheat meal) is gonna throw your whole body in a flux, then you aint doing something right in the first place.....

This is 100% true. Never be that guy who doesn't have a beer at a baseball game with his girl's dad or go for pizza with his little sister or whatever.

Im trying to come out my bad eating runt and take control of my eating life but nothing is worst when you got those friends who are dumb nikkas who walk 30 mins a day but eat Mcdonalds double cheeseburgers for dinner and call themselves making progress. Also it sucks when nikkas dont actively take the steps to understanding nutrition and dont know what their eating

All sustainable diets allow for you to cheat.

The Rock eats 24 donuts a week and he gets paid off of his body

Everyone should strive to live a healthy life

But that doesn't mean eating "unhealthy stuff" and drinking in moderation is going to prevent that on any kind of way

You still haven't explained what a flabby activity is?

What will eating fastfood and alcohol hold you back from if you are in shape like most people claim?

My overall point is having that stuff in moderation is actually better for your mind and goal than neglecting for the foreseeable future.

I'm 160lbs with 10% body fat and I drink liquor and eat whatever I want any and every weekend

I also don't need a gym subforum to use as vanity measuring stick like you do
