The Rock eats 24 donuts a week and he gets paid off of his body

Everyone should strive to live a healthy life

But that doesn't mean eating "unhealthy stuff" and drinking in moderation is going to prevent that on any kind of way

I'm pretty certain he doesn't do cheat days weekly. A lot was what he has posted about them is these pic cheat days after he went prolonged periods (months) on a very strict diet.

Like @MMSex said all he ate was fastfood when he got into losing weight.

You are assuming that people don't have will power or eating disorder issues. Also depending on the level of consumption it could easily set you back.

Yeah, but you just don't like it. That's a fine decision for you to make. I was more using it to illustrate a point about the type of person who decides to get healthy and turns his back on the experiences that made him loved by others in the first place.

he said he was able to find certain things that fit p/f/c and cal targets on fast food menus but studying macros carefully and budgeting them into his diet.

uhhh, yes you did.

like i said, he was able to find things served at fast food restaurants that worked for his targets, but that's not all he ate.

and there's a huge difference between what the average person orders at a fast food restaurant and what someone like @MMSex who was an extremely busy student but who studied the macro breakdowns on a menu and utilized the a la carte section to fit their schedule orders. but you already know that, seems like you're just looking to create an argument here.
