you can eat "fast food" but it needs to fit macros

if the food doesnt fit macros it doesnt fit at all. Theres a clear distinction, most food is not inherently bad cept for sweets and alcohol, but those things can be portioned in IF and ONLY IF you have the caloric space to budget it.
You also have to allow yourself to break from the mundane rigors of eating that way or you will have a total relapse.

Its the same concept as to why so many fail at "dieting"

nah, you threw out the  face like working out w a friend is a foreign concept. a lot of people have friends who are also work out partners. it provides you w a consistent spotter, better motivation/helping to push each other through plateaus, constant form checks, a lot of other things you don't get working out solo. it's an activity just like video games and weed. you do that w friends, no? if those friends suddenly grew out of those activities and had no interest i doubt you'd be spending as much time together.
Its some people in the gym a my trade in and out sets with and spot if there at the gym at the same time.

but, actually banging out a routine with someone rarely happens.

I don't need motivation from a partner when I got this migos :ohlawd:

it depends on what you find normal

at this point, i dont eat much out of moderation ever anymore (alcohol is another story though :dro: )

the big goal of my plan is that its as close to eating normally without feeling like a diet. The hope is that you eventually just see food differently

Pretty sure he said he ate fastfood everyday. I could be totally wrong.

It doesn't change the point I'm making in this thread. No one should be neglecting of feel some type of way about their friends wanting to do shyt because they don't take working out as serious as you do.

The OP has probably made this se thread 10 times
i ate fast food everyday, lost 35 pounds and got lean :lolbron:

Why yall worried about what everyone else think of your diet? Who cares...

Now...the only thing is being a snob during family events.....I got a friend who does crossfit and the whole 9 and has a great physique..........His family gets together once a month and have a big dinner....He'll turn down his Grandmother's fried catfish and okra, but will order a freaking flaxseed crust pizza with crossfit buddies right after the event is over....

If you think your diet is greater than fellowshipping with family and friends every blue moon, then you got life fukked up...

Matter of fact, if one so called "bad"(cheat meal) is gonna throw your whole body in a flux, then you aint doing something right in the first place.....

You can fellowship with family and friends without fukking off on your diet if that's what you choose to do. I don't think there is anything wrong with turning down foods you've stopped eating, I don't care whose grandmother made it. You don't have to be a jerk about it either but it's better to me than the guilt of breaking your diet...if you're THAT serious about your diet.

Like we have been saying the whole entire fukking thread: drinking alcohol and eating fastfood

:dead: @ this dude's lack of knowledge. Fast Food is good for muscle building because of the high carbohydrates/protein levels. Plus it's cheap and has steroids in them :mjpls:!! You need calories to build muscles. Drinking is counter-productive though.

Having friends clown because you change your eating habits and start dropping them pounds. Then a few months down the road they tryna get workout and food advice cause they feel fat, then wanna complain about it.
