Yea but they lost Best Buy, Bed Bath and Beyond, Target, and Sams Club since they have been a city. They also lost out on a Top Golf that went to Augusta of all places and a soccer facility. All the shyt they promised fell through.

a lot of apartments out there, that’s by Hambrick on the Tucker line. It’s not bad out there but summers sometimes nikkas show out closer to Central and Mountain Industrial

You gucci then. Mental health is a major issue right now, so you will be fine. There is a shortage of mental health workers in Atl.

Columbia drive area is getting gentrified right now. I did not expect this to happen for atleast another year, but it’s starting..Young and old white folks jogging down towards Glenwood with no worries at all. Walking dogs and riding bikes in the am. Interracial couple moved next door and I been seeing more and more remodeled homes for sale and white faces. Asian couple at Columbia and Snapfinger People been complaining about the roads for forever. Now these crackas sneaking in and they started fixing the roads this week .

Ok, good. I was reading on a another site about ATL, and people were saying jobs and pay were trash, and alot of people had to have roommates to afford apartments out there I mean I wouldn't get a roommate regardless, but I was like damn,the job market is really like that?

I noticed that a year or two ago. Them little old ranch houses near the Avondale side of Columbia drive are 350 and up.
