Getting on to Ponce from Monroe going to be a disaster

It's a disaster now. That intersection should have been redone years ago but nobody in city gov't wants to mess with that Monroe/Midtown crowd.
Yep. I knew they was gonna get rid of that Texaco tho. It was J central some years ago. Them breh's in the apartments on Blvd probably next

Boulevard just south of Ponce could use some improvement like a dedicated turning lane, but it's worse where it becomes Monroe. The Midtown crowd on that border aren't about to give up any property frontage for anything, so that stretch has stayed a narrow bottleneck.
As far as the apartments...already ongoing.

Yea i figured it was only a matter of time. Most ppl dont realize that Ponce used to be filled with rehab and halfway houses about 10 years ago. My pops used to come to Atlanta in the 80s and said it looked like the Red light district. Hoes everywhere naked in the windows like in Europe, brothels, any kind of drugs u wanted. Ponce City Market and the Beltline sped up gentrification. Blvd will be white in 5 years and probably renamed Monroe North or some shyt.
