Wealthy black areas (Atlanta, Redan, Fairburn: homes, neighborhood, to buy) - Georgia (GA) - City-Data Forum
Is Cascade still the standard when it comes to black wealth in the city? Cause ive been in some neighborhoods in Fairburn near Langston Hughes HS that will put those in Buckhead to shame
Dix-Leon is right across the street from Holyfield manson, but they bus them kids all the way to Sandy Creek? Fulton needs to annex that part of Fayette County
@AVXL you went to Mays right?

are there a lot of neighborhoods like that in the Mays district, or do them wealthy black kids go to Westlake?
Yes sir. I plan to get a house over there one day.
Last house I visited over there was 2 stories, double door front doors, wood floors all through the dining room and living room and they pay HA fees so you know everyones yard was in tip top shape or else they get fined.
where are the big cribs at over there?
I had to drop off a application for a summer camp over there and I wanted to ride up and down cascade to see the cribs, but the part I saw only had regular homes and dirty ass apartments.
It’s booming this weekend.
