Atlanta ain’t soft, Atlanta made me. lotta shyt be going on in Atlanta. But Chicago different, check the murder rate. All the murder rate capitals in the Midwest. Y’all don’t understand what I’m saying and that’s fine stay in the south.

Breh if you talking about people with money why would rappers in Atlanta be at the top of your list? The average rapper in Atlanta is broke and wearing rented jewelry and driving a car they don't own...you really think they have the skills or ability to slow down or stop gentrification?

BTW, all gentrification isn't bad, some of it is necessary for our neighborhoods to grow. My grandparents home in Westview has nearly tripled in value because it's right next to the Westside Beltline. We've also had more white folks move into that neighborhood than I've seen in my 33 years of life. It's a necessary evil IMO

Think I posted this before. I still don’t understand how Atlanta getting gentrified when all these rappers got money. Ion know much about politics.

Englewood Chicago ain’t getting gentrified crackas trying but they ain’t going for that. Folks here put money back into the community, and if somebody gotta get killed for them to realize they ain’t gentrifying shyt then somebody getting killed.

Chicago doesn’t have near as much demand than these other cities so of course gentrification is going to be a lot slower there than a place like Atlanta. Common knowledge B.

I think the only cities in america that are close to keeping up with supply are NYC, Houston and Dallas.

Atlanta messed up and let areas incorporate. Atl should own all the land inside of 285 and 2-5 miles outside of that in every direction.

Remove regional bureaucracy and streamline infrastructure negotiations by basically dropping the hammer.

No clue prolly a higher murder rate per capita. Chicago got like 3 million people and Atlanta 500000(rough estimates) more people prolly dying in Chicago. St. Louis and east St. Louis should have the highest murder rate per capita but idk how the list works
