I think the only cities in america that are close to keeping up with supply are NYC, Houston and Dallas.

Most of the posters here say ATL still has a lot of empty land. What’s keeping them from building?

NYC has no where near the appropriate housing supply it needs that’s why prices are disgustingly high. Tbh the cost of living vs what you get is the biggest reason I don’t want to live in nyc

No clue prolly a higher murder rate per capita. Chicago got like 3 million people and Atlanta 500000(rough estimates) more people prolly dying in Chicago. St. Louis and east St. Louis should have the highest murder rate per capita but idk how the list works

I just think your point is ignorant to say "who do people think has money in Atlanta?" in reference to rappers and then say rappers are the key to stopping gentrification. It's a dumb point to make.
