LMAO its not even close. Eye test and acclamation wise, Lebron is not even in the same stratosphere and only an ignorant person will enterain arguing in favor of Lebron defensively.

Jordan played elite defense throughout his entire career. Lebron played elite defense for 5 or 6 years.

Jordan has a DPOTY and finished 2nd in 1993. His competition in 1993 was Hakeem, David Robinson, Dennis Rodman and Patrick Ewing. Literally the best defensive big men to ever play.

His competition in 1988 was Mark Eaton (all time blocks per game leader), Hakeem, Alvin Robertson (all time steals per game leader), Michael Cooper (8x all defensive , DPOTY) , Patrick Ewing.

Lebron finished 2nd in 2013 for DPOTY and his competition was Marc Gasol, Ibaka, Joakhim Noah, Tony Allen and a 36 yr old Duncan.

If this was Jordan's competition, how many Defensive Player of the Year awards would he have won? C'mon now
