Just use Robert Queen. Arrow is pretty much Batman lite at this point.

I don't think it would be that hardcore a version but I can see it changing the arrow verse to where Oliver never went on the bed and wasn't a hero and has to relearn everything

no it doesn't make sense...Wally West is "Kid Flash"...Wally West is black or atleast half black...Iris' last name is West..put it together fam...he's obviously gonna be a part of or come from her family....he's a family member..
