Always protected..yet bryan was a grandslam champion by year 3/4
Meanwhile even after he got fired he wss brought back not too long after the heat died down and was thrusted in to a summerslam main event and given the us title right after

For every semi negative bryan moment he hss had an equal and or greater moment. The 18 seconds reaction was a big moment yes as the fsns showed the wwe they loved the guy...but the wwe never buried bryan up until thst point and didnt have any look towards doing so with brysn afterwards
it was not a burial at all. they positioned it that way knowing full well that the fans would go with bryan even stronger than before.

Bryan and Sheamus having a 15 minute match, win or lose, would have been worse for him, and people assuming Vince knew any differently are playing make believe.

I agree
That 18 seconds was infamous and without it bryan likely wouldnt have been as big had he not been kicked plus storyline wise it made sense

Plus i felt the wwe was looking at bryan as a arrogsnt ass heel first and s technical wrestler second. They were looking to give one of the biggest heels not in the maain event a chance to be beaten like al heels ultimately end up being...

The great myth is that Bryan wasn't protected for most of his run in WWE. The firing for the tie incident, which I'm still not convinced wasn't a work, worked out brilliantly for him. Ever since Summerslam 2010, he'd been positioned beautifully. Pushing him any harder would have resulted in a backlash.
He Wasn't :dahell:

He won Money In the Bank and was then left off shows because creative had nothing for him :dahell:

He got his ass whooped every week to end Raw in 2013.

Became Wyatt's job boy to build him up for Cena

He was going to face Sheamus AGAIN at WM30 until CM Punk forced them to redo it.

If you read his book, you would know he had ZERO booking protection.

If bryan was protected, then What In The fukk does that make Reigns & Cena?

None of this stuff is remembered. And his book is a WWE sanctioned thing. The magician never gives away his secrets.

Leave them wanting more of something you're giving them none of........Makes sense

Word to Zack Ryder :bryan:
Yeah because they had Zack Ryder come out as the surprise special attraction in the Summerslam main event before he had even beaten anybody. Cmon now

You're taking the gimmick too far again. Bryan was a heel who lucked by Henry and Show for 3 months with brains and you think it was set up for him to be a SUPER FACE by having Sheamus CRUSH him in less than 20 seconds? You got to be fukking kidding me, man. That's one of the most absurd posts ever made anywhere on the Net.
