Maybe you cant clear your “backlog” (always hated this terminology for gaming) because either youre getting older with less time for gamesSo many fukking great game out there, we are living in a golden age of gaming.

Games are shorter and easier now a days, with unlimited lives/respawns and basically linear instead of open world, pointing you in direction you need to go. If you arent knocking games out of your “backlog” its a you issue..

I’ve got at least 50 games in my back log and that’s only going to increase when next gen launches.

For one thing, Capcom isn't the only company making fighters. Also, fighting games are held in bigger arenas and have risen in status compared to where they came from and are more prominent on the scene than they have been in ages, which was my point.
