nobody wants a damn hood

only way black people would keep it black, is to get money and buy in early

it's not some magical thing that happens

white people start buying hood homes, fixing them up while not living there, waiting for more and more people to move, till they can buy them all

then they call the police on the daily, get nikkas arrested and locked up and a police presence.. which raises value... THEN they move in

black people can do the same thing.... they don't

there's only a limited amount of land on earth and a growing number of people... NOTHING is worth more than land in the long run

we'd best to realize that instead of worrying about RENTING someone else's land
Being Black moving to the hood is the worst if you got a career and you new. If you white, you can always call the police and they will be there quick, if you Black, you're a target like Stanley on Friday.

For 1700 in Louisiana you could have a bomb house that you are having built your self...on land. You get too 1900 plus and we talking crazy nice.

I really like it up there alot, but I suggest anyone that is gonna "settle down" to move somewhere else where they can get bang for there buck and education.

I guess that why so many families and couples in there mid to late 30 move down south.

I actually think some of those listed prices are low.
super low not accurate at all

Bout 75% of this shyt is inaccurate as fukk

Right those va prices :mjlol:

DC area ain't as expensive as I though

Yes it is that whole map is fukking wrong .
For people that don't know, these prices are per bedroom. So a 2 bedroom apartment is that number times two.

Hmm not those prices even for a 1 bedroom are wrong .

Those prices are lower than the actual prices of rent here in DC. Just search for apartments on apartments.com and you will see how crazy it really is out here.

The World, but from BK
My girl's parents live in Woodley Park, about 2 blocks from the zoo. They got a 3 for house. They're former hippies so there house isn't the fanciest on the block, but its still a nice house. Went out there in September and their block had a block-party. A few prominent people live in that area. Some city council woman, the dean of a law school and she was hella cool. But i know that area is expensive as fuk to live in. Everytime we go down there it be chilled.
