DC area ain't as expensive as I though
Being Black moving to the hood is the worst if you got a career and you new. If you white, you can always call the police and they will be there quick, if you Black, you're a target like Stanley on Friday.nobody wants a damn hood
only way black people would keep it black, is to get money and buy in early
it's not some magical thing that happens
white people start buying hood homes, fixing them up while not living there, waiting for more and more people to move, till they can buy them all
then they call the police on the daily, get nikkas arrested and locked up and a police presence.. which raises value... THEN they move in
black people can do the same thing.... they don't
there's only a limited amount of land on earth and a growing number of people... NOTHING is worth more than land in the long run
we'd best to realize that instead of worrying about RENTING someone else's land
My sis live on Van Dorn, unless you want avg, most of the new stuff is running you at 1.7 to 2k.
super low not accurate at allI actually think some of those listed prices are low.
Bout 75% of this shyt is inaccurate as fukk

For people that don't know, these prices are per bedroom. So a 2 bedroom apartment is that number times two.
You lost breh. I got a basketball court, bowling alley, mom's and all types of shops and the metro in walking distance for 1.7k

I ain't tryna live in B-more tho. That's too far from where the good shyt happen but hey, it's much better than Manassas I hated that place, I lasted one month twice.where you at tho?
I live in baltimore, you gotta pay bread to live somewhere decent
My last apartment (moved out 3 months ago) had a movie theater, pool and 24 hour concierge if you want to get down like that
My girl's parents live in Woodley Park, about 2 blocks from the zoo. They got a 3 for house. They're former hippies so there house isn't the fanciest on the block, but its still a nice house. Went out there in September and their block had a block-party. A few prominent people live in that area. Some city council woman, the dean of a law school and she was hella cool. But i know that area is expensive as fuk to live in. Everytime we go down there it be chilled.
