I hear what youre saying breh, but its hard for me to always blame Jerry when the best players on this team fail to perform in the clutch. I mean at one point, the team was good enough to look and play like one of if not the best team in the league.

The team lacks leadership. Dak is not this great leader he is made out to be. “Being Cool” with all his teammates is not being a leader. 13 penalties in a playoff game? Why isnt the QB on the sidelines getting at these bums?

^^^ This is what this team is missing. A REAL leader. Not somebody that is going to get in front of a mic and blame refs and encourage fans to throw stuff at them after HE made a blunder

And its not just Dak either. The Head Coach shares equal blame. Why is Randy Gregory in the game after committing bonehead after bonehead penalty? We need a leader of men. I was indifferent about bringing in Percocet P in here next year, mainly because his resume is identical to McCarthy’s, but he is going bring accountability that we havent had here since Parcells left.

Jerry is the only constant since 1996. The whole roster + coaching staff has turned over multiple times but we have the same issues we've always had.

It's Jerry.

Jerry is the reason why Dak cant lead the team into the endzone with 3 timeouts and over 2 minutes left to play?

The culture of the Cowboys (see Rich Dalrymple) is rotten.

Sure it would be nice if Dak was good enough to allow us to overcome poor discipline, coaching, lack of an interior pass rush/run stopping, Connor Williams/Tyler Biadasz getting ragdolled every other play etc, but he's not THAT guy.

He's the type of QB you can win with BUT not the QB that can overcome every organizational flaw. Mahomes, Allen, Brady....those guys sure....Dak isn't that guy. He needs to be better but that alone doesn't win us a ring.

Rodgers might be the most talented QB in history and has exactly one ring despite playing on some damn good teams. Dak has to be better but the organization as a whole has to be better too. We can't let Jerry off the hook anymore.

Most of us already knew Jerry was the constant since 1996. He is the main problem for this organization. In fact, I’d hardly say that people let him off the hook. He gave out dumb azz contracts such as the one to Dak.

Nice to see the fanbase on CZ finally coming to their senses as well. I mean if Dak isn’t that guy, well you shouldn’t have paid him 40 million Jerry. They know they made a mistake not signing him after the 2018 season and they got swindled by being too loyal. They just won’t admit it.

I think the interesting thing to see is if Jerry can still sell this. Can he still sell Dak? Can he still sell an organization that hasn’t done anything since 1996? Will this gullible fanbase buy it.

Of course he can

There’s numerous posters in this thread that think Zeke or the defense are the problem.

Cowboys fans think Dak is a Super Bowl winning QB if he’s just given another $300mil and 8 more 1st round picks of support.

Head coach had to have a conversation with his assistant coach because they were uncomfortable with the narrative created by the owner that the assistant coach was going to take the head coach's job. The assistant coach offered to leave because of it.

Where else in America is this happening?

They will be back on his bandwagon once he throws for 300yds and 3TDs against the Giants in week 1 :scust:

They will see that performance and say “it obviously was the calf injury that affected his ability to read a coverage” :scust:

Then once again, itll be a back and forth with his stans and haters all season until he crashes and burns in the playoffs (if we even make it) once again :scust:

Keep DLaw 1 more year, let Gregory walk. He can't be brought back after that playoff game.
I guess Kearse will stay on a deal to continue playing with Quinn?
They'll probably go OL at 24 and that's fine. Don't think Dean makes it to 24.
I don't think you can cut Amari when your QB is struggling with as much talent as he already has. Only guy who Dak trusts is Cooper...
...and Schultz. Definitely can't afford to keep him. Wouldn't be surprised if we spend a 2nd or 3rd on a TE since we love doing it so much.

Getting Quinn more pieces would ideally be the top priority, but we're stuck dealing with other issues this offseason.

"Mike Fischer here...Dak came in to camp looking his physical best since his rookie year and showing off his arm. He moved in the pocket. He took running lanes and had a play where he cut back showing the ankle is back to 100%...he expressed "hunger" to get back to work and win a Super Bowl"

@duckbutta & @Dwight Howard : :blessed::whew::ooh::noah::ohlawd: Dak top 5. Josh Allen can't say that

Cut Tank unless he restructures. Cut Amari straight up. They wasted him with a sorry ass QB. Those 2 moves will allow the Boyz to make a few moves in FA. Don't resign Schultz. Give Gallup a deal and let's see if we can make it to 9-8 and win the division

Somebody has to give this franchise hope :scust:. What else are we going to do, wait for Mr. I pick up the blitz to get more than 60 yards from scrimmage in a game.:scust:
