Nah Mac was given a raw deal. He's lazy but he wasn't given a chance with Jerruh sticking with Kellen and Dak. Let him run his own team. That's why decent coaches don't take Jerruh serious. What failed the Boyz was what he chose to keep at the head of the offense
Guy doesn’t even know when to call a timeout.

Can’t even manage 2 minute drills and is braindead when it comes to challenges, if he hasn’t blown all his timeouts to even have the chance to throw the red flag.

Quinn calls the D and Kellen calls the O, so all FMM has to do is basic high school football level coaching. Less than that, even.

And he is atrocious. Not just bad, but embarrassingly inept. So fukk him. He didn’t get a raw deal. He shouldn’t even be coaching in the NFL to begin with.

and people think replacing players is going to solve our problems:francis: We not winning shyt with Jerry constantly sewing discord amongst his own franchise.
I hear what youre saying breh, but its hard for me to always blame Jerry when the best players on this team fail to perform in the clutch. I mean at one point, the team was good enough to look and play like one of if not the best team in the league.

The team lacks leadership. Dak is not this great leader he is made out to be. “Being Cool” with all his teammates is not being a leader. 13 penalties in a playoff game? Why isnt the QB on the sidelines getting at these bums?

^^^ This is what this team is missing. A REAL leader. Not somebody that is going to get in front of a mic and blame refs and encourage fans to throw stuff at them after HE made a blunder

And its not just Dak either. The Head Coach shares equal blame. Why is Randy Gregory in the game after committing bonehead after bonehead penalty? We need a leader of men. I was indifferent about bringing in Percocet P in here next year, mainly because his resume is identical to McCarthy’s, but he is going bring accountability that we havent had here since Parcells left.

Is he talking about Gailey or Switzer in that clip?

Dak was out the year prior and they could barely win a game. Dak would easily win a superbowl if he was on the Rams or some other noncircus team.

McCarthy wasn't given a raw deal. he lied to get here in the first place with the whole 'analytics' thing. only reason he got the job was because he was playing buddy buddy with Jerry and we got what we got.

Dak was 2-3 last year and didnt even finish the last game that he “won”

Dalton was 4-5 last year

100%.

Dak is paid to be the scapegoat just like Romo was. We just accept Jerry is a fukk up but somehow expect the QB to overcome everything. If you need your QB to be Mahomes just to have a chance at winning (and we all know we'd still lose even WITH Patty Mo)...your franchise has problems.

It's the culture. The players have enough "talent" but they carry themselves like a fat and satisfied team that doesn't need to do anything but cash paychecks from sponsors and be celebrities.

Coach Parcells used to always talk about celebrity QBs and eating the cheese and this is exactly what we have here. Dak is in more commercials than Stafford, Burrow, Allen, Lamar, Herbert, Brady etc. Only Rodgers and Mahomes are on that level and they each have rings.

Jerry allows an undisciplined culture and it filters down to the players. They've turned the roster over numerous times since Jan 1996 yet we have the same issues regardless of who is on the field and on the sideline. Jerry is the only constant and as long as they run the team like a country club.....this is what we get.

Parsons seems like the only dude that really "wants" it but even he might get caught up in the country club shyt before too long.

Kountry Klub Kowboys.

The problem has always been and will remain to be Jerry. We've literally changed out EVERY other piece and still the same results. We got rid of Romo, same results. We got rid of Dez. Same results. If we get rid of Dak, it will be the exact same results. Jerry keeps bringing in go-along, get-along coaches and the lazy atmosphere here is why physical teams just beat us up like San Francisco or Denver.
Now we have Jerry undermining McCarthy in his last year and creating a circus atmosphere. McCarthy knows Quinn is on his neck as well as Sean Payton.

We haven't had a vocal QB like that since Aikman:francis: To be honest the only QB that I see doing that nowadays is Tom Brady and maybe Aaron Rodgers. This era of QB's have an entirely different style of leadership and its obvious this team respects #4.

All those penalties we had are a reflection of the head coach. I never once saw the head coach holding his players accountable. Leadership starts from the top down, fam. It starts with Jerry and trickles down from there. Bryan Broaddus mentioned when we were winning those Super Bowls that Jerry was knee deep in debt and was focused on winning to get out of said debt. Once he won those rings his passion to win took a backseat to the brand. Players can see that and as soon as they go to another franchise and win a ring, they make sure to speak on it.

Even if it is true that most QBs dont use that leadership style anymore, its what we are missing here. Its hard for the HC to hold guys accountable when they can go directly to the owner if they are unhappy with the coach.

We all just saw Aaron Donald rally his defense late against the 9ers when they were down by 10 late in the game. Our QB gets mad when reporters are saying hes in a slump. Our QB blames refs.
