I def think that’s a double dribble, but this makes sense and is obviously what they called.

tatum and brown both getting phantom calls on offensive boards where they fell over with nobody touching them -> +3 pts

brown getting an and1 on a clear hook. on review, they say the hook cancels out the foul even though it happened before and not at the same time, and they also count the bucket somehow

bam gets blocked by horford after al throws a forearm clear into his chest, no call

very next play they whistle martin for a foul after tatum fully extends his arm, textbook pushoff

and these were just the really obvious ones they missed. svg was calling the bullshyt out all game, especially the phantom calls on the rebounds

Idk the stats but I think dudes like Murray (and curry ) give Boston defenders hell because they aren’t typical scorers with patterns/routines (like jimmy they know his game plan so they shut it down kinda)

They are crazy shot makers that are gonna throw up some improv wild shyt that goes in against any defender

I think NBA fans are probably the worst when it comes to discussing their sport, but it would be a real low point if they view THIS as a black mark to Spoelstra's run. Thoroughly beat the hell out of the best team in the NBA and the higher seeded Knicks, and fukked on the Celtics for 3 games with an average version of Jimmy. It's one of the best coaching runs any of us have seen

oh ur right. But years from now, no one is gonna care about that context. THAT'S the issue. We know he's been coaching his ass off. And for as long as he's been a head coach (before Heatles era), he's been incredible. It's just a shame it has to happen to HIM of all coaches
