I've been thinking about college lately but honestly I feel like I'd just end up wasting money. Why can't I just take a course I'm interested in :dwillhuh: I'd take graphic design but Id also have to take a math class and I already know I'd fukk that up.
My g u know u can audit any class u want?

If u live next to a large university you can just walk into lectures and sit down. I used to do this at rutgers all the time

only if the professor doesn't take attendance but you can always say I think I'm in the wrong class if caught

You can do maths if you tried extra hard, it just takes alot of practice compared to other things.

I have a B.S. in Math and a few graduate hours in Stats...thinking of getting into Engineering or something. Looking at another Bachelor's or a Master's in something...money wouldn't be an option just not feeling the teaching field anymore. :dame:

To all my successful college students. How do you study?

For difficult classes like math/sci, I used study groups. A lot of the reasons the Asians and Indians did well is they would study together and help join their understanding on the hard stuff. Just reading, I would study alone in the stacks. Don't study with cute girls--in library or especially the dorm. Something else might happen other than homework :russ:

Or cheat, like a lot of them do.

Well, that did happen but let's be honest; for the aggregate they help each other more than we do. It's shame on us, no more crab in the barrel and ashamed to ask for help mentality is what we need.

No bruh, you can skip over the fact that Asians, Indians( technically are Asian), whites and etc; cheat to make it. Don't put that on black people. I went to an hbcu and we had Asian that went there that were from Nepal and they cheated like motherfukkers. After graduation, because of the industry I'm in, I work with a lot of Asians and they still cheat. Asians are known for cheating so much, especially on standardized test ie. MCAT, PCAT,GRE,NCLEX and etc., that they started to regulate and check test takers eye glasses and hearing aids. There were a group of Asians and whites, that were cought putting tiny cameras in their glasses and hooking up hearing aids, so they can have their friend tell them the answers.

One of my advisors gave me this advice:

For qualitative course (non math based): find the point of the material and take notes on information that revolves around the point. Good professors teach the point and cut the fluff.

For quantitative course (math based): memorize the process, and practice by repetition. Repetition builds perfection.
