the o line isuue isnt short term fixable, and was a known problem. the 3 issues that are concerning are the lack of a pass rush, and the wrs not being able to get open, and the playcalling. injuries arent helping the secondary, with lane, simon, and now maxwell banged up. the 2, 3 and 4 cbs. but the lack of a pass rush is hurting the secondary even more. the wrs not getting open and playcalling tho? lynch running for 6 yards a carry and you give him 10 carries? he touched it less than that vs sd. not even looking for harvin on anything other than a jet sweep or a bubble? forget deep passes, barely throwing any 10-15 yard routes? they arent even calling for intermediate passes. you got burners and arent even dialing up plays for them downfield. granted the schedule has been the toughest in the league thus far, but the last 2 weeks the playcalling has been a major issue. michael and richardson really cant even be active on gamedays? walters and lockette are out there on key passing downs? all those issues tho, and they were a 3rd and 20 from being 4-1, and they had the rock on the last possession to win both games and couldnt get it done. generating a pass rush, and improving the play calls are pretty easy fixes, and the dbs are slowly getting healthy. going into the year i figured 11-5 with their schedule, and im still figuring 11-5. times have sure changed for the seahawks when youre 3-2 vs that slate and people act like the sky is falling
