I think they are coming to this conclusion because there was an uptick in robberies near hotels,at least a year or so back. So maybe thats why they think its out of towners. But robbery is just one particular crime where it would make sense that it could be out of towners. Plenty of folks move to ATL with no job and no real plan,thinking it will be easy. But this is a crime that there is really no way to know who the hell did this.

I work for a venture capital firm which SPECIFICALLY invests and allocate capital in Black founders and sit on boards of institutions that advocate for the allocation of capital toward Black businesses and in Black businesses whether startups or growth companies.

So you do not know anything about me so stop assuming. Take an opinion and point of view use critical thinking to either agree or criticize and not personally attack people behind the opinion online because at the end of the day you do not know who is behind the keyboard.

I know which types you're talking about. That's why these things have to be addressed at the very root. At the household level. Everybody needs to have an understanding as to how to raise their children as well as procreating with the right person. We're the most disenfranchised and the most brainwashed with toxic ideologies. We're the only community whose household has been totally fractured. Setting the woman up against the man with ideologies like feminism and having the state provide what the man is normally supposed to provide (shelter, security, food etc).

Then you factor in the crack epidemic, the toxic music that came about during the crack epidemic, the prison industrial complex and the fact that we're already at the very bottom of the social cast in America, and it equals just a big disaster.

Our people have been completely deculturalized. We do not adhere to any sort of universal standard, code of conduct or belief system. Everybody just does what they want.

There are no sort of repercussions in place to deter those who would dare step outside of and violate whatever code of conduct that we have in place. Other cultures do. They're shamed and ostracized.

I'm of the belief that the scriptures have all the answers because the people in the bible (black people) are our progenitors. It's a history book and it's the guide as to how we're supposed to live. Us, not everybody else.
