To be fair the Steelers are fairly good at drafting and always seem to find late round/undrafted talent that should have been drafted higher. But attrition is catching up. Teams can have one or two bad years. Stock up on stud young talent and go from losers to contenders. You see it every year. The Steelers stay right in the middle. Good enough to squeak into the playoffs but nothing else

Honestly, like most coaches dude needs another good QB.
You find that good QB and he can manage the other aspects of the game like any other great coach can.
A good coach puts the best personnel out there to win down-by-down and a good QB can bail out a coach's bad decision whether they audible or make something happen with what's out there on the field. You need both.

Tomlin/Bo Nix combination I think will make a lot of good stuff happen out there and when they make mistakes won't make the fanbase go to irrational extremes.
