I ain't saying all that but it was far from "brilliant". Nas gets credit for a lot of filler on his rhymes. His flow covers up some holes in his lyricism in my opinion. There was another thread talking about how a Nas verse was a perfect rhyme and all I could was chuckle because it constrained so much filler. Here's an example of what I mean:
"Got rhymes 365 days annual plus some, load up a mic and bust one cuss while I puss from"
The fukk does the bolded even mean?That whole stanza of bars is filler but people act like its so crazy lyrically.

the thing about "life's a bytch" that I noticed is that on nas's verse years ago is that he's rhyming like 5 bars at a time. shyt is fukking 
If only they banned posters for being terrible. But you'll slip up and say something racist and get that ban.
Always liked Nas' verse more. It was more thought provoking and made you think you were looking at his life through his own eyes on some POV shyt and then Olu comes in with his horn and just sends the songs off so damn lovely.
