Watching the full clip tho, it seems like Malika Andrews was coming at Stephen A for some shyt irrelevant to what he said though - projecting her anger at other folks onto him. If anything, they both agree that it was wrong for the women to get their names dragged through the mud, SAS is just blaming it on how the Celtics organization has handled things.

And if he quits he loses his contractual pay. No way he quits due to that. I also think it's clear they've handled this in such a way to extract maximum pain and embarrassment. If he had simply fukked some random woman in the organization he'd still get a big suspension and be on the border of being fired (HR protocols) but it likely would not be made public. He'd simply step away from the team for "personal matters" for a few months and that would be that. Instead he fukked somebody's wife in the organization, and not just anyone's wife - a VP. I think that's the main reason he's being publicly executed like this.
I don't have sympathy for him and I won't even make this a race thing. If you want to cheat on your wife, the NBA lifestyle gives you multiple ways to do it without anyone finding out. Whether you want to fukk escorts, porn stars, or some college chick in another city, you can do all of that without risking your job. I'm not saying that's right either - cheating is wrong. I'm just saying if that's what you want to do, don't fukk someone's wife at work. You will lose everything.
I don't think he'll be the coach next season. I think he eats the suspension, gets paid the entire year, and then quits after the 2023 Finals when he lines up another coaching job.
And he’s right. They could’ve said Udoka will be away from the team this year for personal reasons. We are hoping Udoka gets the help he and his family need. And then quietly suspend him. They could’ve then tried to get the woman to sign a settlement agreement and NDA. They wanted to make an example and this is the fall out with how those women got shamed. They wanted to protect the VP’s identity so all the women take the L on social media for a few days.

That's where I disagree though - the Celtics organization has handled this poorly, but only for being so vague about the circumstances in the beginning. They should've been transparent instead of giving people all this time to speculate and find out on their own.
I think Stephen A's beef is that if they're gonna make it public, just fire him. If they're not gonna fire him, just quietly suspend him. I disagree, because if Udoka takes a leave of absence under these circumstances, shyt is gonna get out eventually. The idea that they could've covered this so easily assumes there wasn't a lot of smoke - but clearly it's something bad.
