I know boston got a strong history of racism that’s well we’ll deserved and I’m def not a Celtics fan. But you gotta know they def value winning more than suspending they black coach who just took they young team to the finals against the warriors for a year from fukking Jessica or Becky in the office. Them white boys care about they pockets despite the racism. It’s a lot that’s about to come out. I’m not demonizing him at all because I don’t know. But for perspective my boss just got fired for doing this exact type thing that some reports are implying. And the employee actually posted some of the messages he sent her in a team group chat where he was talking about her being married shouldn’t have nothing to do with her letting him hit. (Our whole team saw the message) And she shared the entire message on team chat. It wasn’t anything she implied that signaled to him that this was a welcome conversation. She literally said in the message asking him to leave her alone and what would make him think this was appropriate. His reply was he was just trying to see what’s up. Yea this situation is different. But the fact remains that it’s a lot of a$$hole male bosses who take advantage of they position over females that are under them. It don’t matter whether you already fukked or not. You don’t get a forced pass to do what you want to do and say what you.l want. Again I don’t know what he did. Just throwing that in for everyone who is assuming it’s a money hungry bytch out here doing this for clout or money. Haven’t heard from the chick since she posted that and our boss got fired. I assume she is suing the company. Rightfully so. So for Celtics to do this. It mean it’s something so bad that they expected the league to act if they didn’t handle it severely in house

Nah, they want him to just quit. I’ve seen shyt like this play out before. He has a contract as well, so then it becomes a case of would they still have to pay the remaining of his contract if they fire him.
If it was a case of legit sexual harassment, he would be in a breach of contract more than likely and they could void his contract. But that doesn’t appear to be the case. More than likely a lovers quarrel. They fact that it was initially consensual, opened Pandora’s box. He would easily lie and make up shyt to make her look silly.

But the fact that the relationship at some point was consensual is bad for the accusers claims and puts HR and ownership in the worst possible position.
