DC doesn't need to copy Marvel.
They should have just launch JL with 20mn into for the new character and get to the point.
Get Dark Seid as the vilain from day one and make 2 movies.
The origin movies are boring as fukk. And we all know the origin of Superman/Batman.
We do not care about the B lsit character origin.
DC is failling big time bay doing Marvel strategy on fast forward.
I am already tired of the trillon Marvel movies and do not watch them anymore. A trillon movie son Dc character will not be watched either.
I am done after Justice League and if it's shytty...

Justice League will be the 5th movie in the dcu,taking 4 years to get there.
The avengers was the 6th film in the mcu (with hulk being completely recast anyway) and took 4 years to get there.
But yes. Let's keep pretending DC is rushing through these films on some insane pace and marvel took ages and 20 films

Ok... Lets work from there a superhuman serial killer plus the sideplot of deathstroke hired to kill the batman... Nightwing cameo... Damian Wayne /Talia Al ghul tease...
I hate this notion that Nolan made good Batman movies and Batman needs him. He had a stellar one with Batman Begins the third act was a mess though and the fight scenes lets not mention that.
The Dark Knight is a very good movie not a good Batman movie though. The showcase was the Joker even Two Face put in a better performance than Bale's Batman which stunk out the place.
And than to finish the series he gave us The Dark Knight Returns... No I'm good. That's not the Batman I want on the screen, I want to see a live action version of TAS.
I think it's obvious the guys at WB are regretting hiring and giving Zack the keys and even more so hiring an old actor to play Batman. They've killed the momentum before it started.

I don't even see the point of a film anymore. I mean the perk of Affleck signing on to play Batman in the first place was that he would direct the next Batman movie. He won't be now so what's the point?

Financially there's no way in hell that movie is going to flop. It might come in under WB's expectations (like Batman V Superman did) but that shyt will be a hit financially. Critically that shyt could be the worst outing yet for a DC film. Critics and a lot of fans aren't given DC any slack right now, that shyt better be great, not good, not decent, fukking great.

financially BvL probably flopped if the estimated costs are true.
JL movies got a budget of 250 each, so they could flop as well.
You spend as much money as DC spends financial flops are a real possibility. Same for marvel if the infinity wars budget rumors are true
