The 'Batman' Movie Gets New Script, New Director, And Likely 2019 Release

DC is a clusterfukk now. They never shouldve attempted to compete with Marvel.
Marvel had damn near a 10 year head start setting up Avengers characters with solo movies before putting them into one movie.
DC is forcing this crap and their projects are horrible. BvS was so bad. SS was entertaining but was cheesy and forced. This potential JL movie will be bad.
I say give each character a solo movie then work on JL. How in the hell you suppose to tell the story of 6 character linking up in 2.5 hours.

we tried to tell y'all... and y'all called us haters and stupid and made a bunch of excuses
like it or not.... that other company took over a decade to slowly build up to what they have now... took a lot of d-list heroes and $300 million dollar grosses and shytty sequels too.. but those were just testers and feelers... getting a story established.. building up characters.. giving people 2-3 films to catch on to a guy and get who he is.. then another 2-3 films to see how they interact... then another 2-3 films of more d-list characters... all to build a real universe. universe ain't built in a damn day

they immediately went with superman 2... AND FROM THE DIRECTORS OWN MOUTH... had zero plans to put batman in it, except for an end scene with kryptonite being sent to wayne manor
that was it.. build this shyt up... then do some batman stuff... then so on and so forth
before that could be done it was.... nah fukk that... lets just take our 3 biggest fukking characters, and after 1 damn avg movie that we aren't sure was good or connected with everyone... lets put all our biggest chips in one hand and throw it out there
they been rushing and back peddling ever since.. they had no fukking clue on the order of these films, how they are connecting, what the end goal is and neither does the public
how the hell they doing justice league and the common man don't know shyt about who they are yet... no intro movies or nothing.. just gonna shoe horn them into wonder woman, making the same mistake twice... and hoping they are going to get different results
this shyt is a disaster from a PR standpoint.. and really i don't see any excitement, nor faith, in whatever the hell it is they think they are doing
like y'all have said... just cut this shyt... write up a timeline of what you want to happen, then make the movies accordingly. writing them all together as one long ass story.. instead of coming up with shyt on the fly
if they can make money off fukking GOTG and ant man and damn dr strange... there is NO reason why you can't get this shyt together with the members of the damn justice league

It was average at best. Didn't like Leto joker. Mind you as a kid I was always more in DC comics than marvel. I find the marvel movies excluding the Thor movies to be much more memorable and to have more stand out scenes compared to DC

Some actual detective work would be good; mutiple cases, a real crazy serial killer that's unsettling visually like Victor Zsasz would be a good direction. Fincher would kill this.
I don't think it looks good, and i think Gadot is mediocre at best, but i don't think anyone will dare shyt on it, regardless of the product. They're in a good spot with that one. Lucky this is next and not Flash or something. After the Ghostbuster crap, no one is gonna write long negative reviews about the first big female superhero movie. The only true reason i want WW to succeed is so they don't pull a fast one and cancel Aquaman, which I'm really anticipating.
