^I think you might have misspoke here which is causing the confusion? 150 days of work is not more than any country.

Just started a new job this year, start with 15 days or 3 weeks

I was at my last job for over 5 years. Had so much leave built up, I took 35 days off last year. Got paid out my remaining 17 days when I left.

That option would almost guarantee no vacation in the immediate future. Starting a business is extremely difficult especially in the climate of conglomerates actively working against you.
