Today? No not even close. I would expect 40 to be the ceiling and 32 to be the floor. The reason is because at 40 a new set of options would be ITM. Even though its not that many there would still have to be hedging.

How do you guys feel about Wes Christian taking up a case with the hedge funds over this fiasco? He helped overstock during their case so it's definitely a benefit. Problem is legal proceedings can be really slow.
