There’s no penalty but you have to ask yourself is your profit that high to where taxes won’t matter. Also it really doesn’t dip much lower than this so mid to high $30’s is probably the foreseeable bottom.

This is one of the comments I just read... Grain of salt.

This is a good step toward the right direction because AA can't just full out give out NFTs on per share count yet because he has to prove he is doing what is good for the company instead of doing it for the squeeze to avoid litigations. Once the demands for the NFTS are sold out quickly for the first 86k, then he will move toward providing per share. It's only a matter of time.
