I don't get how they will fit all these in, unless Harry doesn't become green goblin until the end and the open the movie with rhino already established.

Not sure about having Goblin...Rhino...and Shocker...all in one movie...
Yeah, throwing in a bunch of villains doesn't automatically make a super hero movie better.
It was annoying how Venom was just squeezed in at the end of Spiderman 3. He's a good enough villain to be the focus of a whole movie. Sometimes less is more.
