It's isolation. Just because both tribes in Nigeria and Liberia for example doesn't quite mean they're the same. The Fulanis are also influenced by the culture of the countries they live in.

Our Hausas in Ghana for example are quite isolated from the Hausas in Northern Nigeria. Even the dialect difference is like comparing NY accent to London accent.

I get that but what is it about "Nigerian Culture" or the climate making folks wild out to the point people try to say that group is "inherently" a certain way? I'm saying if it was true then wouldn't they be wreaking havoc in every nation they are in?

That's moreso because Nigeria is a country containing groups that have influence, population, and power to be their own nations by themselves. They're all cramped together. It's the British's fault for making the country as it is.

It's all about power.

If I understand correctly even if they split Nigeria into say 3-4 other countries there would still be turmoil over who gets what land being that most of the resources are in the South right?

Yes. The older I become, the more I realize the world is unfair. Some people will ‘lose’.

When you say "lose" as in people will be fine with however borders are split and there will be people who end up with no access to resources? OR are you saying there is no trend in where different ethnic groups live, so if there was a divide then there will be say a war to determine who gets what (hence their being winners and losers?)?

The Fulani are not necessarily thinking about "power" or "autonomy" when their cattle are grazing
Nigeria is small

Good bye Coli(2014-2020)
What is it about the Fulani in Nigeria that is different than say Liberia? Liberia has Fula and Mandingos yet I never hear about any Muslim terrorist stuff going on? Is it because Nigeria has raw materials/resources that are of bigger interest to outside parties?
Northern Nigeria Islam is like Chad's and Niger's one where its more influenced by Arabic Islam. Fulanis who live in Liberia, Guinea, Ghana, Mali etc practice an Islam that is more relaxed and heavily influenced by African.

Nonsense, Islam in Northern Nigeria is diverse and isn't typified by a singular school of thought/movement.

Lose in terms of peoples being wiped off the Earth. Sad to say, but it's true. :mjcry:

Nigeria is small

1. Fulani cattle are owned by Emirs, politicians and businessmen. The main Fulani cattle organization, Miyetti Allah is funded by the Emir of Kano, Sanusi II. Fulanis and their leaders want to expand access to all lands in Nigeria to expand their business empire, as the Sahara encroaches. So, the federal government (run by a Fulani - Buhari) wants to expand 'cattle colonies' in each state in Nigeria.

2. The Security forces in Nigeria are run by Fulanis. Example, the current Minister of Defence is a Fulani. The head of the Nigerian Secret Service, is a Fulani. When indigenous people defend themselves, the army attacks them or gives weapons to Fulani militias.

And this is only an issue because of the size of the country. Otherwise, there is nothing inherently wrong.

3. Nigerian Fulani governors are funding Fulani militias. Example below:

Read more in this story in which the Kaduna Gov't is disarming its indigenous people and paying Fulani militias, who then kill their citizens:
