This is like talking to the mirror sir.The struggle is realI must battle my food compulsion day in and day out to not slip into the abyss. Holidays, work lunches, weddings, parties & other unplanned events always mess up my stability. Just one unplanned indulgence can fukk me up for extended periods of time. I've been on a serious comeback since the Super Bowl though. I feel like I'm starting to enter the zone right now. Gotta take the wife out to dinner this weekend though
. I don't handle these situations well at all.
My only saving grace is that I will not miss a day at the gym under any circumstance. And I tend to punish myself on the treadmill for my eating indiscretions. I'm getting too old for this shyt![]()
