This is like talking to the mirror sir.The struggle is real I must battle my food compulsion day in and day out to not slip into the abyss. Holidays, work lunches, weddings, parties & other unplanned events always mess up my stability. Just one unplanned indulgence can fukk me up for extended periods of time. I've been on a serious comeback since the Super Bowl though. I feel like I'm starting to enter the zone right now. Gotta take the wife out to dinner this weekend though. I don't handle these situations well at all.
My only saving grace is that I will not miss a day at the gym under any circumstance. And I tend to punish myself on the treadmill for my eating indiscretions. I'm getting too old for this shyt
