Nothing intense today. It’s raining pretty heavy. Tried to at least get a two mile walk in but it was heavy. I got about a mile in then did a little stair climber circuit in my apartment building. Came inside and did push-ups and glute bridges:

  • Stairclimber Circuit: 12 loops=33 flights (2,500ish steps)
  • Push-ups 10x10xBW
  • Glute Bridges 5x20
